As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Innovative Architects provides custom application and software development services for major Southeast accounts. We are currently seeking a technical, experienced, results-oriented senior DBA. This person will be responsible for developing the data architecture blueprint for data warehouses. This will include defining logical and physical data definitions. The individual will also define various technical options and evaluate various tools and technologies. Candidates must understand data warehouse technology in-depth and can perform most data warehouse technical jobs.
• Five+ years of project experience in SQL Server (experience with ETL and DTS is a plus).
• Data modeling
• Database (RDBMS/MDDBMS)
• Technology (Web, OS, H/W, S/W, Network)
• Application development (.Net, J2EE, N-tier, ETL, Reporting)
• SQL 2005 experience (SQL Server Integration Services, Analysis Services, Reporting Services)
• Demonstrates excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Experience with formal software development processes and methodologies.
• Flexibility to traveling up to 20%.
