The foundation of Innovative Architect's rapid, incremental implementation methodology is our Business Process Analysis. This workshop-based, mini-project delivers a formal assessment of the current and future states of business processes and technologies.
The Business Process Analysis assessment (usually with a duration of one week or less) ensures that both you and your Innovative Architect team members have clear expectations regarding the project vision, current vs. desired state gap analysis, pre-requisites, boundaries, and preferred design concepts. Once the assessment data has been collected, our team will formally document the project objectives and intended results, the gap analysis, the project approach, and a recommended solution design (addressing both process and technology needs). Members of the Innovative Architect team will present (and provide copies of the deliverables) to you. Many of our customers use these deliverables to:
• assist in defining the project ROI
• provide the basis for an RFP for the project
• serve as internal training materials on how the process / technologies interact
• initiate measuring process and technology results
(setting a baseline to measure project impact)
Similar to the Business Process Analysis, Innovative Architects also offers an Application Development & Tuning Workshop that is short in duration (less than one week) and provides immediate development analysis and feedback for existing applications. Our consultants will work with you to analyze the existing application design, application and database infrastructure, development tools, best application management practices, and application performance standards.
